Coop Agricola - Organizzazione di Produttori Ortofrutticoli, a company within the Orogel system, as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the effects of EU Reg. 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the above-mentioned regulations provide for the protection of people and other subjects in relation to the processing of personal data. Data processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and will be collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, thus ensuring the protection of your privacy, of fundamental rights and of personal data relating to individuals.

Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations provided therein, abiding by the provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority: "Guidelines on promotional activities and fight against spam of 4th July 2013 (Published in the Italian Official Gazette No. 174 of 26th July 2013)".

Purposes and legal basis of data processing

In particular, your data will be processed by the office in charge according to "areas of interest" you have selected in order to fulfil your requests. The legal basis of the processing is the fulfilment of contractual obligations to fulfil your requests.
Technical and service purposes: the data stored include date, time, IP address, registration of your consents shown by ticking the boxes on the form and clicking on the “INVIA” ["SEND"] button, with reference to the data processing mentioned in this privacy statement. Such data will be stored for purposes relating to the provision of the privacy statement and the registration of the related consents, even when such information is provided to third parties. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller.
Portal maintenance operations may involve the temporary processing of your personal data by our appointed technicians, as well. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller.

The processing of functional data is necessary to manage your requests in the right way and fulfil your requests. Data provision is mandatory to fulfil the aforementioned purposes. The Data Controller also specifies that if a piece of the above-mentioned mandatory information is not communicated or miscommunicated, this may entail that the Data Controller is not able to guarantee the adequate processing of data and, therefore, guarantee to fulfil your requests.

Furthermore, your personal data may be used for the following purposes, with your prior consent:

Subscription to the newsletter in order to receive updates on Orogel products and commercial initiatives by email, text messages, telephone, post, even when generated by automatic systems. The legal basis of the treatment is the consent.
Analysis of your requests, needs, geographical origin (province) through profiling, comparison, and aggregation of your data in order to send you information and promotional communications that are in line with your interests. The legal basis of the treatment is the consent.

Processing mode

Your personal data may be processed as follows:

decisions made through semi-automatic processes;
processing operations entrusted to third parties (if necessary to deliver the services requested);
data collection via computer or web;
data processing by electronic calculators or in hard copy archives;
creation of the profiles of the interested parties (upon consent).

Data are always processed in compliance with the provisions of articles 6, 32 of GDPR and following of the Privacy Code, as well as by implementing technical and organizational security measures.

Data retention period

In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization - as provided for by art. 5 of the GDPR - the retention period of your personal data shall not be longer than the period needed to deliver the services and the marketing purposes pursued by the company, with the prior consent of the user.

Communication - recipients

Your data will be stored in electronic format on the web servers of the data controller, and managed by technical staff, such as system administrators, under the authority of the data processor. Furthermore, after extracting the data, they will be stored at the headquarters of the data controller, both electronically and on paper, if needed. The data may be communicated to other subjects in order to carry out the services needed for the correct management of the relationship and deliver such services. It is guaranteed that the rights of the interested party are protected.

Below is the list of subjects that may receive your data on the basis of the services requested: financial department, sales, quality department, marketing department, technical staff and system administrators.

Furthermore, your personal data may be communicated to third parties with your prior consent, in particular:

if you are interested in receiving information about job openings within the Orogel system, and you indicated “Area Lavoro” ["Jobs"] among the areas of interest, your personal data may be communicated to the companies belonging to the system (Orogel Spa Consortile, Orogel Soc. Coop. agricola, Orogel Fresco Soc. Coop. agricola, Arpor Soc. Coop. Agricola, Apora Soc. Coop. Agricola), so that you might be contacted for any available job offer.

Dissemination

Your personal data will never be disclosed and disseminated to anyone else.

3. documentation that the operations referred to under a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom these data have been communicated or divulged, except for the case where this is impossible or involves the use of means which are manifestly disproportionate compared to the right being safeguarded;
4. data portability.

1. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if they are relevant for the purpose of collection;
2. to the processing of personal data concerning him or her in order to send advertising or direct sales materials or for market research or commercial communication purposes.
